Sometimes I have bizzare thoughts that are just outright dumb and stupid and I realize that as the thought is processing in my mind, but I still finish it. Its like one of those things where you say to your brain “don’t go there, just don’t” and it goes there anyway. I can’t give you an example but it feels like sth thats not normal and out of my control. Has anyone experienced this?
