I have treatment resistant depression and after 3 ect treatments, and endless medication trials; l am not sure if deep tissue tms will work

Hi EmilyAlix65, of course only you and your doctor can make that decision. However, when you have reached out to just about everything out there and get no results, I personally think trying something noninvasive is not a bad idea.

We've had some people on the forum who have tried it with good results. Living with severe depression is not living, why not give yourself the gift of a better life by trying this. You may be very well surprised in how it can change your way of thinking and your way of life. I wish you well. And please keep us updated with your progress. xx

Is this in the UK? As you certainly seem to have been offered more treatments than I have ever been offered. They never offered me ECT or TMS. I'm in UK. Mind you you say the ECT didn't work? x

Ect worked for me in the beginning and then it wore off which is rare. Ect is the last resort in treatment. TMS is newer. I’m from the US
