Not sure whether u guys would think that this is a good thing or not. I find it both. I was talking to a teacher abt anxiety, not saying that I have it or anything. She explained how unlike some diseases that u can’t do anything abt, anxiety is completely having to do with u and ur coping skills. Which means technically although it’s super hard. It IS possible to overcome anxiety, but it is rlly hard and that’s y a lot of ppl don’t. As I said I’m rly bad at explaining stuff so does that make sense?
