Anxiety still bad

Does anyone know about a pda i had it as a child at 4 months old and its creeps me out when i look at it on google it makes me scared everytime i have a anxiety attack but when i go to the doctor its never anything wrong i have anxiety and i cant help the fact i dwell on this allday i just wanna know is this serious , i stopped doing sports and going outside about this u can't take it anymore and when i go to the hospital i look stupid

What has your dr told you about the condition. I would suggest not googling and just follow MD guidelines.

I'm not sure how old you are but have you lead a healthy life up until this point?
