Medicine change

So I saw my psychiatrist today. I told him I was having horrible panic attacks on Buspirone, so he took me completely off of it. He increased my Sertraline to 100mg 2x a day instead of 1x a day. I’m just scared that I’m gonna end up extremely depressed and hurt myself again.
