Hi cat sorry to hear your headaches are so dibilitating i have been having tension headaches off and on for a long time especially when my depression and anxiety are at there worst ! Have you asked your doctor if they can give you something to help the pain ! I take paracetamol and naproxen ! Please take care all the best david

Hey I've never dealt with migraines but my aunt takes magnesium for them and it helps alot. It's natural and if that doesn't work u can look up other natural remedies for migraines as well. Hope this helps 😊
