Since Feb.

I've had a family crisis going on since then , my anxiety & depression have not been so good. Today for 4 hours, yes I know all this is hard to believe, I put on shorts & tank top, no snow, hahahaha!!!!!! Went outside & did yard work, 1st time I felt peace, now I'm in because my back can take no more, I'm back to where I was, UGH!!!!!!!!

yeah....I hear ya...we just do what we can do out there and then we are good. It's progress, and it just makes me feel better...and my plants are happy when I visit them with a little TLC.
