Watch Dr wayne Dyer progs on you tube every day for a month, Then you will know how. The trick is doing it every day. What you put into your mind will eventually come out. Hope this mind training will help you.

A Chinese green tea called "Oolong" (A long "O" sound like when it sounds pronouncing "Shoe" 👞 or like when someone says "Oooh") - is good for calming. Also Camomile.

Speaking of calm teas, I think I'll have some tonight. Of course all the while training my brain to not be negative.

it works you can turn your thinking round but it takes doing it every day. im still working on it and i think im winning now, I can now try to help others after 40 years putting good stuff into my mind its starting to take over, enjoy your tea BECKY.
