Sometimes its hard..
Everything is hard to begin with, but with practice it will become easier , Practice makes perfect if you do it. The rest is up to you.
A Chinese green tea called "Oolong" (A long "O" sound like when it sounds pronouncing "Shoe" 👞 or like when someone says "Oooh") - is good for calming. Also Camomile.
Speaking of calm teas, I think I'll have some tonight. Of course all the while training my brain to not be negative.
