I’m in the process of learning this. And it is a process. I’m there intellectually but that’s the easy part. Internalizing it and making it a part of me is what I’m aiming for and that’s at another level entirely……

Being stuck in my head is the worst place to be. The other part to that is allowing negative people's come to to live there.I'm so sensitive people set me backwards sometimes.

So sorry you are suffering like this. I was in a physically abusive marriage to a narcissistic, rageaholic. I felt trapped for 6 years until I got the courage to leave. You didnt cause or deserve it but you have allowed it.I discovered good teachings/ videos by counselor Patrick Doyle on YouTube on unsafe relationships that helped me.💗🙏Praying for your freedom!
