Does anyone else feel completely numb or lack emotions? I feel emotionally numb all the time but I can act or express emotions but I can’t feel them at all. Sometimes I feel more like a doll than a human being. I was wondering if this normal with depression?

It is very normal with depression alexisb2u. I've never experienced it but have seen someone who you explained to a "T". No emotions, no feelings. Please see a doctor/therapist. There is help available for depression. No need for you to feel empty void of all human feelings. I wish you well alexis. xx

for some people, yes it is very normal to exhibit this symptom. however is it the norm? absolutely not. i would suggest going to the doctor and telling them that you are feeling this way because something is definitely not right.
