But how you feel doesn’t normally change with missing one dose. At least it’s not supposed to from what I’ve experienced and understand. It takes weeks for it to take effect initially and change in dose takes weeks to have an influence.

If u miss a dose of Setraline you can notice right away. You may start getting agitated, get a headache, start sweating, ect. That is why the doctor tells you to take it every day. If not, you withdraw quickly.

sorry, should have said...Sertraline, is sold under the trade names Zoloft among others, is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor class.

well I read a few articles about this and for Zoloft it seems to be okay, I'm sure it also depends on the dosage you are taking as well...but never take a laymen's opinion on something as important as medication and it's dosage...call your doctor for sure and find out if it's okay.

Call the pharmacy. The pharmacist will know what to tell you. Might you be able to count the pills and days since you got the script filled, do a little math and know if you took it or not? Just my thoughts.

I also take Setraline every day when I wake up. A pill organizer really helps me to know if I miss a dose. Try getting one for your tablets! Also, if I were u I’d just take a dose if u have enough pills. Nothing will happen, trust me.

Or use a little box and fill it w 7 pills every week, then replace every week.
