I just got back on to my reading, I started reading books recommended by Emma Watson on her instagram and yeah reading helped!! I also started playing piano again, although, sometimes I just procrastinate becoz of you know depression and I also started listening music which helps much better.. I hope it's like this only.... Sometimes it completely changes to worse, doesn't it?

I am very happy for you, it's such a joy to go back to things that make us happy. And yes we do have these emotional roller coaster rides, we do have a blue day, okay days, and great days....but with help, those days can be evened out to blend together a bit more and not have to be such a mood swing. I find I crash still, but not so hard, and not for so long, I come out of it much faster, and am very grateful for this site to be able to talk about it. I hope you just enjoy the serenity...and don't worry about what hasn't happened, and with all that's good in life....hope you don't get the lows, you may not ever have one like you used to. If you do it could be different, and not so bad.
Hello Alex, it's great that you're getting into reading.i find it a real help, reading something gripping, entirely, takes my mind away from the things that worry me. Wish i played an instrument to. Piano sounds difficult. But how wonderful to loose yourself in your Music. 😊✌️🌻
Depression is definitely a rollercoaster. Enjoy it when you are having good times and remember the days of the bad times are limited!
