Well I never in my life thought I would reach out to strangers. I have a wonderful family and wonderful friends, but am so alone. I am a widow and live in a small community. Owned a business, was on the town board, my husband was firechief and on school board. Worked in the town bank.. I guess you would say I was very popular and well liked. Now I am alone , a widow and just need someone to chat with.

hi and welcome.im sorry to hear of your situation.you sound like a lady who used to have a full filled life until your loss.that I'm sorry to hear.do you still live in the same community if so why not contact an old friend even if its just for a chat over a coffee.does your doctor know how you are feeling or your family its important to tell someone how you feel.have you thought about taking up a new hobby could help you through the times of loneliness.
