anxiety getting worse

my anxiety is getting worse and i want to stop the medication because i didnt hind it helpful

it often takes awhile for medication to start working- most of the time at least a month. also, some meds work for some and do not for others, so you also have to factor in dosage adjustments and med changes. anxiety is something that can be crippling if left untreated. it can be treated with cognitive and behavioral techniques- like talk therapy- if you are completely against meds.

yea i knw i tried cipralex and it didnt work that much thats why i decided to stop medication i dont want to depend on medication all my life
