New here. Bipolar and just broke up

New here. Been diagnosed bipolar but have known a while. I just broke up with a longish term boyfriend. While simultaneously going through medicine change and stress at work. I'm a mess. And a single mom. I can't stop interacting with my ex though. My OCD won't quit. It's incessant. I can't stop messaging. If I block I unblock. Need some support! Coping strategies. Something!

For OCD, I highly recommend the book "Brain Lock" by Dr. Jeffery Schwartz. It's fairly short, easy to read, and full of dozens of real-life examples of OCD behavior. He has a four-step method to control obsessive thoughts.

There are videos with Dr. Schwartz on YouTube, so you can get a feel for what he's like.
