Does anyone else here suffer from OCD? I go through ups and downs with mine, definitely in a rough patch right now. :/

Looking for positives ways to cope.

I strongly recommend the book "Brain Lock" by Jeffery Schwartz. He also has some videos on YouTube, so you can see what he's like.

I’ll have to check it out! I’m very much a researcher and avid reader, so I’ve been looking for good books to buy. I just never know which ones to get because they all have such mixed reviews.

I did therapy for a while and didnt benefit, but I’m considering going back with a different therapist. However, any resource I can have at home is great for me!

I have CPTSD....and depression, etc....riding the emotional roller coaster is not fun...sorry your having a rough time.
