If you haven't already, I recommend that you talk to your doctor about all these symptoms. You will get relief knowing that they are most likely caused by anxiety, and not some physical problem. Carrying all this around by yourself will only make things worse in the long run.
I'm not really alone. I'm at a day program and the staff is helping me thru this. Plus my mom doesn't even know about any of this. If she does she would make me feel worse. Long story.
I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. I get it! I dealt with anxiety (still dealing) for quite a while before finally talking to my doctor and getting some help. I would had panic attacks at random times of the day. I was becoming more and more anti social. I would even have a sore back and shoulders and neck from being so tense. It was hell having it hanging over me all the time. And I was also having more anxiety about the thought that an anxiety attack might happen. I’m only about a week into my treatment, so it’s still kinda a big deal in my life, but just the fact that I have a diagnosis and treatment plan has given me so much hope for feeling like myself again.
Talk to your doctor. I’m sure only good can come from it.
