Can my grief from losing someone cause me to distrust everyone. If so how do i fix it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you broke up with someone who was cheating on you, lying to you, etc. You put your faith and trust in him, and he threw it all away.

Now it's hard to trust anybody. You're still in a kind of shock over this. One suggestion is to join some group of people that you know are good, decent people. Try your local church, or try volunteermatch.com to find some place nearby to volunteer.

Eventually, you'll get back on an even keel, and see that not everyone is untrustworthy. You'll regain your faith in humanity, and do some good at the same time.
