I am going through a tough moment. I made a bad decision which is causing me grief. I am very disappointed with myself. I not only did I hurt my best friend, I hurt myself in the process. I feel myself falling into depression and I know it's not healthy. I keep praying that I manage my emotions. I need to fix the situation rather than waddle in my pain. Tomorrow is a new day and I need to get up and make the best of it. I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and pray. I release my anxiety to God.

Hey, I understand about regrets. You have a good attitude. I will bet that whatever you did is not as bad as you think it is.
Forgive yourself learn from your mistakes. If haven't let your bff know how sorry you are. Then move on. We are only human. Stay away from bad influences. Your friendship may not be repaired but grow and learn from.
I hope you can talk with your friend. No one is perfect. It's called being human.

I've been there. If you can, apologize as quickly as possible. I bet they will forgive you. Then you need to forgive yourself. You can do it. It's amazing when we take the correct steps. God can work it all out.
