I suffer really bad health anxiety it's gone sky high recently. My physical symptoms are getting worse. I've been docs many many times and they all have found nothing. Say it's anxiety. My bodyaches and my skin constantly feels like it's burning. I just don't kno want to do .. what is causing this upper back and burning pain in my body. I'm stressed sooo much don't want to talk or go out anymore.

So sorry to hear how much you are suffering. Suppose the doctors are right (I, of course, have no way of knowing if they are) and there is no physical cause for your symptoms other than anxiety, what can you do to reduce your stress? Are you on any medications for anxiety? Do you, or is it possible for you, to see a therapist? Are there stressors in your life, for example, in relationships or your work/school, that can be reduced or eliminated? Taking some small actions could help to change things over time. Wish I had something more helpful to say. Wish you the best.
