Well, since I forced myself to the doctor, overnight I began to see a change once on meds!
I am back to ME! Up early with all the blinds open, listening to music, applying makeup, dressing for the day, playing with my animals, cooking, and even have hung w a few friends.
Not drinking much though in terms of alcohol , it didn’t react well with the meds. We live and learn!
I just want everyone to know there IS help and answers... I had to find my own and then get a doctor to help!

It's great to hear that you are experiencing a turnaround. I'm very curious what answers you were able to discover that brought about this change. I hope things get even better. Congratulations!
Thanks for bringing some sunshine to the forum. Always love to hear a positive post on beating anxiety. Thanks for sharing and Make it a great Sunday xx
Hello, Like Agora 1 says, always glad to read someone on the upgrade. What did your Dr. do for you to help you with your med's. I am having problems again, spent 10 days in the Cuckoos nest this month, and am sure the meds are not what I need. I am seeing a psychiatric nurse practitioner now. Just saw her Thursday. She agreed with me my dose of Lithium was way to high, and she would like to get me off of it onto Lamictal, which is kinder and easier on the body. So now I am on the pill merry go round (controlled by what I call idiots) too many pills and too many know it all gods out there as far as I am concerned. It leaves me afraid, and I do not like that - I swore off fear at age 16, now I am 75 and scared and hate it and resent the medical system has not got its act together. Well this is not why I came on line to grip, I am happy for you and want that feeling back for myself, what did your Dr. do or change?
Hang in there sister, I am so glad you are in a healthy spot - I hope it lasts, and lasts. I send you Love, Peace & Big Hugs. Sprinkle 1
