Had my first therapy session today and it went well.
Already made two follow up appointments.
She also recommended joining this non profit organization that has a support group as well as an adult education class that essentially teaches you more about whatever your diagnosis was (I have three, but the big one is obviously depression) and I signed up for it.
Also went to another bible study today and it was good.
My therapist also encouraged me to start exercising daily because it can help. Haven’t done it yet. Just don’t feel like up to it right now, but I need to at least try.
Also got invited to bowling later. That should be fun and that’s exactly what I need right now.
