The more I live with this anxiety...

the more empty I feel and that I don't want to live with it anymore.

we can learn to live with our stuff, and yes, many of us have felt there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Even with meds. I have my bad days, but not as often, and I don't go to the depth of darkness and despair I used to. Please know your not alone, your here with many of us who have felt the same way, but it can and will pass. Are you getting any help with meds. or therapy?

Oh how difficult it is to live this way, I believe one day we will have the answers. Being like this I think makes us more caring & kind towards other people. i send you peace my friend! XXX
