I'm going through some severe depression too. That is why I just joined this forum. Reading other peoples post and now replying to this one is starting to help. Talking about it (Even if it is a short note like yours) helps.
Anything that you feel grateful for today? My 12 year old daughter just did the dishes for me. She usually doesn't offer to do such things. I'm counting that as a blessing for today. 😊
