Today was a good day. Today I felt okay. I woke up feeling grateful for the opportunity to have a better day. Towards the end of this day, I have started to overthink things and feel my issues start creeping up on me. But I am taking a deep breath, leaning on my loved ones for support, and expressing my feelings like on here!
