So something new is happening to me I have been waking up the last week with pain through out my body. I was having this same problem late last year. I’d wake up in pain and my arms and fingers would be numb and tingling. I thought it was because of my job, but it was actually due to my anxiety and depression. I didn’t realize it until I broke down and ended up hospitalized for a week.
I have been living with that kind of pain for some 20 plus years. It is definitely linked to my Depression. During times when the Depression is low; the pain is much reduced.

I was having this exact thing a few weeks ago. For me personally, it ended up being my anxiety and my body was sore from me unconsciously tending up all the time but it felt like o was hit with a truck every time I got up in the morning.
