2 years ago i had an incident on the football field, i was playing and all of a sudden i felt disoriented and my balance seemed like it wont hold up, i felt aware of my whole body. I ran out of the field my heart was beating so fast i thought it was going to give out and ever since then I occasionally have erratic heartbeats and chest pain and now its become so bad I can’t get it out of my head that something is wrong with my heart when the test reveals nothing...is there anyone who feels this way??

Hi this sounds like health anxiety. Heart problems, cancer, and covid are the most common thoughts. Are you getting medical help with this? Also have a look at previous posts on the link.
Have you ever had similar episodes before? Not necessarily as hard as this one but maybe you notice your heart was beatting faster even though you were relax, and your heart was beating fine
Have you considered if it can be an anxiety attack? Like a crisis?
Yes i have had several episodes that has me rushing to the hospital but It calms down even before i get there...i think its cardiac anxiety and mine is so bad its causing somatization...i know all this but I can’t seem to accept it because when it hits, in that moment i just feel helpless and frustrated.
You are very well aware of what you have, health anxiety is a very tough form of anxiety to have. Read the link hypercat posted. You’ll see a lot of others here who suffer this just as you do.
Therapy, possibly medication if your doctor deems this is necessary for you, but definitely you’ll need to learn coping strategies and certain exercises to help you calm, relax, breathe, recognize your triggers, etc all that should be things you’ll discover in therapy and the challenge is to put these into practice daily. If your therapy isn’t help you get better, communicate this to him/her. You could look up free apps, CBT, how to mediate, breathing techniques, ways to calm like listening to calming sounds you can also find free apps for calming music as well as look on YouTube.
I don’t have health anxiety, but I do have certain anxieties that I have to learn and put into practice as I know my triggers. You’ll be able to cope and manage, but you’ll need to be proactive. Wishing you the best.

My sister has health anxiety! It has gotten a million times worse since COVID. It is a very real thing and not as talked about as it should be... it's like that WebMD black hole, but it doesn't go away when you turn your screen off. I'm so sorry that you're going through that - know that you're not alone!!!
I just can’t believe what I just read!!!
Joining this group has really showed me that I’m not alone! I had an arm implant placed in my arm and ever since that I’ve been having heavy chest pain and irregular heart beats! I went to the bathroom one night and when I got up off the toilet my heart was beating so fast I thought I was having a heart attack and thought my heart was going to give out. It was so scary. Now I’m scared to walk up the steps because my heart always begin to be very fast.
You are definitely not alone, it only takes one experience to set off a chain for others, we can overcome this...it’s all our minds and we will take control
