Hey its been awhile since I last been on and so far everything has been a little hectic. I stopped taking Zoloft finally but I still have to take Zolpidem and Tramadol. Either way Im just glad I dont have to take as much medication as I used to. I have been overthinking a lot but I found some distractions to keep me busy. I have been in a bad mood so much lately because my friend Caden has been avoiding me since the 11 of January and I didnt know why and I was tired it because I started feeling like complete shit and I was starting to get pissed off. So I was on the way to my 6th period class, he walked right passed me and I stopped walking because my chest was starting to hurt for some reason. And I ran after him and it was one of those spur of the moment things and you dont really realize what your doing until after you did it and you cant exactly undo what you did. If any of that made sense, that was me when I grabbed his backpack and in my head I was like crap!!! But all went well I mean I was shaking the whole time and imagining the worse outcome possible but everything was okay.

As a thought could going off you meds possibly too fast be the cause of some of your problems? You really need to taper meds very slowly under your doctors care. Hope for the best for you!

Yeah its a possibility that it was maybe too fast but my doctor was helping me wean off of them and thanks
