I cant make eye contact with people or walk down the same aisle towards a stranger & it makes me really uncomfortable when strangers (like waiters or store workers) call me out for something or ask me do I need anything. i also cant raise my hand in class & ask a question. I just start to panic & overthink it because i feel like i will respond with something stupid or say something wrong and they will judge me. does anyone have any tips for getting over that shy & scared feeling and begin to have more confidence in myself?
