I'm worried for someone that might be doing this. Anyone have experience. Is this bad for a person. Is this a suicide attempt?

How does one confront someone doing this and show concern without it going all wrong? Especially when the person doesn't trust you with discussing their depression? And issues you have together create a depression spiral. I'm quite worried.

Is this person your partner? Even if not, I think the best thing would be to speak to a mental help center and see what options they give you to confront the person. If it becomes an emergency you must call 911 or your local emergency number before it turns fatal.
