Hey I’m juciani. I’m 16 years old. I never checked on my condition before but I’m sure there is something wrong with me. I suffer a long time depression and I cry a lot. Sometimes I feel like I want to die and stuff. I do get panic a lot too and it’s disturbing me. I can’t do my activities normally.

Hi juciani, It sounds like you are in a deep depression from having struggled with it for a long time. You need to tell your parents, a doctor, a school counselor, in either case it needs to be addressed. When depression limits your normal activities, it's more than time to talk with a professional who can help you.

We are here too support those with mental health issues but we cannot diagnose. Time to have your condition checked out juciani. Please let us know how you are doing with an update.

Good Luck. Do not be afraid. The first step in feeling better is getting the help you need. xx
