The things that I need to work on are:

1. I am striving to let go of the negativity surrounding me

2. the ability in forgiving those who did me wrong in the past

3. the ability in reaching out more and not being ashamed of my story and what I had gone through in the past

4. And lastly, the most important of all things is the ability in believing in myself. To convince myself that I am capable of greatness ahead that I will achieve amazing things. I need to listen to myself that I will get to that beautiful destination soon. I gotta keep trying to convince myself that all will take time, reminding myself that to focus on achieving the littlest of things to will lead to those huge accomplishments down the road. I gotta take those risks needed to build that confidence of mine. taking it one day at an time, I can sense that I will achieve what has been placed in my heart soon

number 2 really hits home for me. I think people living with anxiety specifically are too hard on themselves on a daily basis. We have to learn how to let things go that are out of our control. Thanks for this.
