Anxiety is under better control

The fluoxetine is helping and all, I still feel very tense sometimes but I am much better now than I was a couple months ago. Thank God, I was beginning to think I'd never get better! I read the book "My age of anxiety " by Scott stossel and it really helped me. It helps a lot just knowing I am not alone in this and this site has helped me with that too. 😌 I'm also sleeping much better and all except For a bad night here and there, but most of the time now I'm getting pretty decent rest. Just wanted to post an update about that too.
