Epsom Salt for anxiety and pain.

Just wanted to share something good today. I soaked my feet in warm water and filled it with a cup of Epsom salt. I put some relaxing music while giving myself a massage all around. Within 30 minutes my anxiety was reduced, I was breathing better, and I just felt so good overall. I will do this tonight again for my cold hands and to fall asleep. You can take a bath with it as well.

I love this, thank you for sharing! Going to try this. I know Epsom salt is magnesium which is the calming mineral -- thanks again for sharing this.
