I love your name very pretty, just like you. I to am in the anxiety/depression boat and I hate it, it is a mean illness and wastes my time as I find myself staying in my home. This is one reason I like the website. You can talk to us and we will try to help you. Do you see a Dr, for your illness, you probably need med's. How about a therapist or and a support group.
