Having horrible anxiety attacks!!!!
Boomer1970, Breathe deeply....You are not alone, I am right here with you to help talk you through your fear.
My God..I have had this for over 20 years and this is by far the worst Agora
I understand, I've had anxiety for 30, so I know that each and every time is just
like the first and can appear to be worse. Anything you know that might have
caused this to be so severe?
Right now you need to start breathing more deeply and slowly which will help calm your mind and body.
If you are able to sit down...find a comfortable chair with a pillow behind your back..Both feet planted on the ground, your hands on your lap
Sit straight, lower the lights and start breathing slowly
Breathe Boomer, as we walk down this long hall you see a white door
at the end of the hall. We walk slowly as we deep breathe, one step in front of the other. Planting each step firmly on the ground beneath us
Boomer you need to help the Xanax work by not fighting it.
If you feel too agitated to sit still then walk/pace use up the unnecessary adrenaline going through your body right now. Know that you are Safe... this panic will not hurt you. It is short lives if you cooperate and allow it to run it's course.
Ok I’m sitting down now...thank you for your help, it seems to be letting up a little bit.
Shaking, thrown up....heart is 120 bpm, blood pressure is 190 over 130
I know,i know it fucking sucks but, it will go away it is just a matter of time I’ve been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for more than fifteen years and i know what you are going through right now,but let me say this to you.keep fighting and you will over come these moments. Just hang in there.ok?
Thank you all so much for being there for me, my Dad passed away one year ago and the rest of my family doesn’t understand
So glad I found this site...it’s nice to know people are out there for encouragement and help. Thank you all and hope everyone has a peaceful night.
Breathe, take a walk, do something that makes you happy whether it's watching TV or a movie, playing a video game, etc. It is so important to remove yourself from your current environment and find your happy place. Be patience as it WILL pass.
How are you feeling Boomer?
