Great evening to my extended family

To everyone having a great night smile keep going strong

to all those having a night in the dumps feeling down and depressed Know that you are not alone we are all here for you

A saying that I came up with I think “no matter how dark it gets morning Always comes”

My day was OK

I definitely feel less anxiety from my EMDR session with my therapist yesterday

I did aNother round of acupuncture and still not sure what to think of it

Just got back from PA with my dog Bruce from training it was a good training session he worked hard and it was fun
