Hi you help yourself because at the end of the day it's your life and your body. You are your own resonsibility and no one elses. Having said you should be receiving some help from the professionals. Perhaps the best way of dealing with this to get someone else to dole your meds out when you need them and take the control of them out of your hands. Do you have anyone who can do this for you? That way you won't have access to them so can't overdose. Do you think this would help you? x
Well tell her to hide them so you can't find them. If she keeps them in her bedroom under her pillow for example you wouldn't be able to get to them. x
Well ask her to put them somewhere you would never find them. Where there is a will there is a way. x
Hiding the medicines are short term solutions. The real problem is you're taking more than you should, like sneaking more food, alcohol or drugs. You've got to discipline yourself about how much you take. The regulated dosages are what'll help you the most.
