I have anxiety and there's days I don't want to leave the house..unfortunately I'm not on meds at the moment because of no insurance.. Is There places I can go to go Mt meds and treatment..I live close to Scranton

You mentioned medication, which may or may not be necessary, that has to be determined by a professional. I don't know the Scranton area, however, you mentioned that you don't have insurance coverage. Speak to your doctor or any medical professional you have for free or low cost treatment.
