Anybody ever get sorta dizzy and feel like your heads full with a cold ?!?

So I'm kinda anxious today and I'm sick I noticed certain times I get alittle light headed and I know I have a upper respiratory infection according to the dr . Can this be from a cold

I sometimes too feel lightheaded and like I have a cold, but I don't have any infection. I just would like the doctors to tell me what I have, but they don't know. And I've had many tests.

This is totally ok. Some people have anxiety that manifests physically like you and I! Sometimes I have a hard time breathing and I get dizzy. Just take a few deep breaths and think happy thoughts. Remind yourself its just anxiety and everything is okay. It's harder than it sounds but if your persistent it will work!!
