I’m almost crying cuz I feel so depressed . Depression hit all of a sudden I was happy was going for a walk couldn’t even go far I was so depressed had to come home I hate this feeling . I don’t want to be like this forever .

Depression sux and can hit at anytime. Sorry that you are feeling this way, but know that things will get better. Maybe not as fast as you would like them too, but they will. Just hold on to that.
