Not Defined By A Disorder

Hey everyone! Just letting you all know that this is just a chapter in each of our books. Depression and anxiety do not define us as people. It is just a part of the chapters we ate in. God will see us through these difficult times and is there if you need to call on Him for anything!

I'm trying to remember that as I work my way through these difficult times. It is easy to forget that you are human and there are other things that define us as people. At times the anxiety and depression can become overwhelming and even debilitating, but we need to stay focused on the road ahead and know that better times lay ahead.

They will surely get better. You are stronger than this disorder! You may be in the lowest spot in the valley right now, but God will bring you to the top of the hill!
