Thankful, Thats what I am for this site. I joined a short time ago and though I am not going thru a bad episode so that I am posting, it helps me so much to reach out to others. I may not always have the advice you're looking for but I try to be comforting by sharing my feelings or beliefs. Thank you All for being here whether in support or needing it. It gives my days something meaningful to do. Trying to help others helps me feel useful and keeps me on track. This is a great site! Thank you in advance cause I know the good times are always challenged. Takes one bad thing to change it all around for us with depression and anxiety. See you around the site!

I'm glad this site is helpful to you Lyn....and it's refreshing to hear that you like to be helpful to others as well. Although most people post, vent , or read....and don't do much in the way of interacting....all that's good too....it's also nice when others do want to interact and share....

I love your post. It takes guts to come forward at all. You’re vulnerable to the world and we are fragile sometimes. The beauty of this place is the safety amidst all the rubble and bombs and sharp pieces all over the ground. Tip toe in and be a medic. Whisper your medicine into the dying soldier’s ears. Find your gift and share it, that’s WHY we are here, I’m realizing. To help eachother and be helped. It’s so simple. And you’ll be attacked and challenged by weakness and evil. That’s a given. Don’t let it stop you from carrying out your orders. Get in there you medics, storm the war zone and bring relief!!! The fields here are littered with beautiful bodies that just need a kind word. Some guidance out of here and back to their families. Every person on earth is a vessel. Fill them with the tools they need and in doing so you’ll find yours.
