I feel the same way all the time. It feels like solitary confinement 24/7. I have learned over the last couple years how to mentally deal with haveing no ine to confide in or vent to. It sounds really cliche, but give journaling a try. It has helped me a lot, it might not completely turn things around, but it will atleast help you somewhat.
