Along with my depression and anxiety comes countless times of the day where I'm cranky for no reason. I honestly don't know why this happens and I've tried to control it but nothing helps! It sucks because I don't want to feel agitated, angry or mad for no reason 😭

Hello Adessjackson, sorry u r having this problem, it is not pleasant. I have that problem too. My started with PMS but then I was becoming enraged more often. My psychiatrist put me on a low dose of risparadone, 4x day as needed. That helped considerably. I wish u the best!
