Came early to my dentist appointment because my anxiety always gets the best of me when Im Behind the wheel. Driving always terrifies me. But I made it!! Super happy for myself I didn't let my anxiety get the best of me today! 🙂 now on to teeth cleaning and getting my health better!

That's good. Im.terrified of dentist n coz my nerve endings r so sensitive (symptom of fibro) Im very sensitive to even the cold air they put on ur teeth to check for cavities. Any treatment I need sedation. Im.classed as a "nervous" patient haha xx

Hahaha! You sound like me! I haven't been to the dentist in so many years and they just told me I have 8 cavities I'm so scared because I know I will have a panic attack if they give me a shot and my face goes numb. But they told me they don't do sedation so they told me to bring headphones and listen to music... ugh dreading that day 😭

Awe kakes thats barbaric they shud at the very least offer u sum diazepam to quieten the nerves a bit. I think dentists get a kick outta hurting people haha (not !!!) Id b havin a nervous breakdown if I had 8 cavities and am no kiddin 😉💛💚💛💚 best of luck xx
