Hello and regret you have been diagnosed with PTSD. To explain it would certainly take a great deal of territory. We are not professionals. Perhaps if you shared what your psychiatrist has explained to you, and if you are taking medication, that would give some of us an idea of what you are needing to know. We here, just need you to narrow down your question a bit.
