Please do try to see a doctor. Telling him how you feel may help you and he may be able to give you some advice. That is the best place to start. If you find out that it is anxiety or depression then you will be able to work on that. I hope that receiving responses here will help you a little bit. I am thinking about you and hoping you feel a little better.
