Starting to get me down!!!

So I started my day in a pretty good mood but it seems that as it has dragged on everyone around me is trying to bring me down. I know that it is all in my head but it sure feels like everyone is out to get me today. There has been one demand after another placed on me and I felt like I was weathering it pretty good but these last few hours at work are getting close to pushing me to my breaking point. Just want to be able to finish out the day with out feeling completely defeated.

Thank you and yeah I do plan on rewarding myself when I get home. I plan on going for a nice relaxing run. It seems to be one of the best ways for me to shed the worries of the day.
