Your really not alone. We all have similar problems here but we all try help. I suffer from depression and anxiety almost on a daily basis and it's never easy but with time you cope with it. I struggle with it lately mainly my anxiety been bad but welcome to the group 🤗
thanks!! Its nice to know that I'm not alone and that gives me hope. Thank good that most of my days are pretty good but every once in a while I have a bad day and it can really affect my every day functions but I've learned to cope and push ahead.
I, too, suffer from both anxiety and depression, the two are quite often linked together, and both are insidious sufferings (they are debilitating and they are sufferings) which impact on all aspects of your life. It is always some kind of catharsis in many ways to speak with likewise sufferers because doctors, psychiatrists, in particular, seem tempted to dispense medications only without recourse to yourself, how you present, how you speak and what about, really anything or everything that you seem to expect about psychiatrists. The reason behind this is, as with the rest of the UK, these seemingly endless deficit measures even though that after eight years in power, these Tories seem not to know what to do save make the poorer poorer and the wealthy wealthier. Within the NHS the first aspect of health care to suffer budgeting costs is the mental health services. The other day my new care coordinator told me that they had to close the local psychiatric unit down for the day whilst all members of staff, five in total! attempted to find a bed for an obviously psychotic young lad and the only one they could find was all the way up in Glasgow (in Scotland).
I would be more than happy to begin writing to you (and I hope vice versa) in a private capacity although to be honest, I've no idea of how to do that unless it regards using our personal email addresses.
